Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales events, or due to courier delays.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience.

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if available).

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order is not received, it may be returned to us.

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.
